How to Know If You Have Exhausted Your Mobile Data?
If you’re curious whether you’ve used all your mobile data with Holafly, checking it is easy! just head to your Holafly account through the app or website. There, you can quickly check how many days you've used if you're on an unlimited plan, or see how many GB you have left if you're on a limited plan
To Check Your eSIM Information on Your Holafly Account:
- Log In to the Holafly Center from the App or website > Select My eSIMs icon > On the eSIM you need the information, Select View Details > You'll see the used days on your unlimited plan or the remaining GB on your limited plan.
How to Check Your Mobile Data Usage on Your Phone?
If you have a limited eSIM, you can easily check your data usage right from your device. Just follow these simple steps:
On iOS:
- Open the Settings app > Scroll down and tap on Cellular or Mobile Data > Scroll down to see your data usage for the current period, including data used by individual apps.
On android:
- Open the Settings app > Tap on Network & internet or Connections > Select Mobile network or Data usage >Tap on Mobile data usage to see your data usage for the current period, including usage by individual apps.
